2025 Bookings

Minimum stay :

  • Le Belvédère : 5 nights
  • Le Pommier & Le Bois : 7 nights. In July/August, from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Privatization of the property : 7 nights. Please ask us for long week-ends in the spring, 4 nights or more.
  • Le Rosier : availabilities will be posted at a later date.

 

Terms of Sales

Payment terms and cancellation policy :

Single cottage booking : Bank transfer preferred. VISA or MASTERCARD. Cash
Taxes and fees payable in cash upon arrival
Privatization : bank transfer free for rent payment. Visa / Mastercard payment subject to 3% additional fee.
Stays up to 13 nights except privatization : Deposit of 30% of rent due within one week of booking, refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival less a €50 fee.
Balance of rent due 30 days before arrival and non-refundable.
Stays of 14 nights or more and privatization :  the deposit is refundable up to 90 days before arrival after deduction of a €50 fee.
The balance of the rent is due 60 days before arrival and is non-refundable.

Other terms :

Check-in from 5 pm to 10 pm except privatization, 5 to 7 pm. Check out by 10am.
Tourist tax, final cleaning and optional services to be paid upon arrival (cash only).
Free parking : Le Belvédère comes with one parking space on the property, the other accomodations have two dedicated spaces. The parking lot on the property is not guarded nor closed.
Unheated pool hours : 10 am to 8pm, May 15 to Sept. 15 subject to weather conditions. Access strictly reserved to  the tenants of Le Petit Manoir.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house.

We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

If for any reason (fire, flood, thunderstorm, etc.) we are unable to provide you with the accommodation booked, our liability will be limited to the refund of the amount already paid.
