The new tiny cottage of Le Petit Manoir is the smallest and most charming of our holiday homes, a true lovers’ nest! From the top of this Belvédère, built in an independent turret in Périgord stone, the view is dominant on the manor, the park and the swimming pool. A careful renovation has turned this former dovecote into a cozy cocoon, to enjoy special moments alone or with your partner, in complete privacy.

The narrow stone staircase (*) leads to the air-conditioned bedroom (13sqm), with its beautiful volume under the old beams and the large window that brightens the sitting area. The new double bed, the white paneled walls and the soft colors of the decor create a warm and cozy atmosphere, in which one feels sheltered from the world below...
The ground floor (13sqm) has been optimized to fit a kitchenette with a storage space and a full bathroom. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rainshower column and a towel warmer for cool mornings. In the tiny kitchen, you can prepare breakfast and simple meals, with a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas plates, microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Depending on the weather and your mood, meals can be taken inside, unfolding the table and chairs, or outside on the small private terrace in front of the door, where a barbecue is available.
When guests of Le Belvédère leave their cozy nest, the unheated pool of the property (open from mid-May to mid-September), the leisure area with ping-pong and petanque as well as the landscaped park are steps away.
(*) Le Belvédère is not suitable for people who have difficulties to move around because of the steep and narrow spiral staircase, see photo.

First floor: adorable attic bedroom with exposed beams, double bed, sitting area with southbound view on the manor, the park and the pool. Reversible air conditioning, wifi.
NB: the first floor is accessible by a narrow and steep stone spiral staircase. Therefore, the Belvedere is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Access to the shared pool of the Petit Manoir between mid-May and mid-September, depending on weather conditions (unheated pool).

Payment terms and standard cancellation policy
30% deposit due upon booking, refundable up to 60 days before arrival after a 50€ transaction fee. The balance of the rent is due one month prior to arrival and is non refundable.
