Le Rosier is located in the heart of the carefully restored former barn of the Petit Manoir de Vitrac. Its spacious living room opens through a large French door onto the pretty south-facing garden, a cocoon of greenery sheltered from view, where you can unwind at your leisure.
The main cottage at Le Rosier welcomes you to its comfortable air-conditioned living room with smart-TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a handsome farm table. A large bedroom for 2 adults (queen-size bed), a small white-panelled study and a shower room complete the very cosy setting of your holiday home. The fragrant old wisteria generously shades the south-facing façade.
For a parent, a visitor or an independent teenager (aged 15 and over), an annexe bedroom awaits. It is not connected to the main cottage from the inside, but has its own entrance from the private garden. Air-conditioned, it sleeps 1 guest, with a single bed (90x200) and a full bathroom.

We do not accept pets on the property or in the rentals.
Guests are kindly asked to avoid making noise between 10pm and 8am, indoor or outdoor.
Payment terms and standard cancellation policy
30% deposit due upon booking, refundable up to 60 days before arrival after a 50€ transaction fee. The balance of the rent is due one month prior to arrival and is non refundable.
We recommend that you purchase a cancellation insurance at home to cover your booking for cancellation risks.
