Terms of Sales

Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the rent is required upon booking. You can pay by bank transfer or Visa / Mastercard.
We will keep the cottage for a week while waiting for your deposit.
The balance has to be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
We will send you an email 3 days before to remind you.
If the balance is not paid on the agreed date, the stay will be considered canceled by the customer and put back for sale.
A security deposit of 500 € will be requested upon arrival (credit card pre-authorization or cash), fully refundable 3 days after departure if no damage.

Cancellation:
For a cancellation more than 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of a 50€ transaction fee.
In case of cancellation between 30 and 60 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded.
For rentals longer than 2 weeks, delays are extended by 30 days.

Other conditions:
Arrival time: from 17 hours. Departure time: 9:30am at the latest.
Tourist tax, final cleaning and optional services to be paid upon arrival (cash or credit card).
Le Belvédère comes with one parking space on the property, the other accomodations have two dedicated spaces. The parking lot on the property is not guarded nor closed.
The pool is accessible from May 15th to September 15th solely by the tenants of Le Petit Manoir.

As a courtesy vis-à-vis the tenants who will follow you, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house.

We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

If for any reason (fire, flood, thunderstorm, etc.) we are unable to provide you with the accommodation booked, our liability will be limited to the refund of the amount already paid.
