Le Bois, peaceful haven with pool, a secluded vacation home near Sarlat
Le Bois is located at the rear of the property, at the top of the former barn of the Petit Manoir de Vitrac, behind the turret with its stone roof, which shields it from view. Away from the park and swimming pool, its secluded location offers peace and quiet much appreciated by couples seeking tranquillity, or families with quiet children, in the ample space of its large private garden.
The terrace faces east onto the woodland overlooking the park, and is shaded in the afternoon. The large air-conditioned living room is flooded with light all year round, allowing you to admire Venus watching over the landscaped grounds. The two spacious bedrooms are comfortably furnished and offer views over the park or the countryside.
Le Bois is the only cottage on the estate with a covered bicycle shed with electric socket (not enclosed and not secured).
We would like to draw the attention of parents with young children to the fact that most tenants on the estate are couples looking for peace and quiet. We would therefore ask you to avoid noise disturbance by the pool and in the indoor and outdoor areas, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Payment terms and standard cancellation policy
30% deposit due upon booking, refundable up to 60 days before arrival after a 50€ transaction fee. The balance of the rent is due one month prior to arrival and is non refundable.
We recommend that you purchase a cancellation insurance at home to cover your booking for cancellation risks.
