2026 Bookings

 Le Petit Manoir opens from February 6 to December 31, 2026

Minimum stay :

  • Le Belvédère and Le Rosier : 4 nights
  • Le Pommier and Le Bois : 7 nights

Extended stay of 2 weeks or more : 5% discount on rent

Sales terms :

  • A 30% deposit is due within 7 days of booking online
  • It is refundable minus a €50 administrative fee up to 60 days before arrival (90 days for extended stays)
  • The balance of the rent is due 30 days before arrival and is non refundable (60 days for extended stays).
  • Payments by wire transfer are free of charge (possible bank fees to be paid by tenant)
  • Visa and Mastercard payments are subject to a 3% fee.

NEW: until mid-May 2026 and from September 2026 onwards, Le Bois and Le Rosier are available to rent on a monthly basis at a very attractive rate, with services included: linen supply, bi-monthly cleaning and garden maintenance. Contact us for rates and terms and conditions.

 

Terms of Sales

Payment terms and cancellation policy :

Single cottage booking : Bank transfer preferred. VISA or MASTERCARD subject to a 3% fee. Cash
Taxes and fees payable in cash upon arrival
 
Stays up to 13 nights : Deposit of 30% of rent due within one week of booking, refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival less a €50 fee.
Balance of rent due 30 days before arrival and non-refundable.
Stays of 14 nights or more  :  the deposit is refundable up to 90 days before arrival after deduction of a €50 fee.
The balance of the rent is due 60 days before arrival and is non-refundable.

Other terms :

Check-in from 5 pm to 10 pm. Check out by 9:30am.
Tourist tax, final cleaning and optional services to be paid upon arrival (cash only).
Free parking : Le Belvédère comes with one parking space on the property, the other accomodations have two dedicated spaces. The parking lot on the property is not guarded nor closed.
Unheated pool hours : 10 am to 8pm, June 1 to Sept. 1, subject to weather conditions. Access strictly reserved to  the tenants of Le Petit Manoir. Kids 0-12 years old shall be accompanied by a parent at all times within the pool enclosure.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rentals.

We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

The property does not have a plug to charge electric vehicles. It is strictly forbidden to charge a vehicle from a domestic plug due to high risk of electric fire.

If for any reason (fire, flood, thunderstorm, etc.) we are unable to provide you with the accommodation booked, our liability will be limited to the refund of the amount already paid.
