- An air-conditioned dining room for 10 guests with its fully-equipped kitchen for the group
- The landscaped grounds at the front of the manor house with petanque and table tennis, and the beautiful unheated swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-September, from 10am to night, subject to weather conditions.
We are happy to organise tailor-made tours, recommend a home chef or a guide for countryside walks to discover the local heritage.

Payment and cancellation terms
For the residents listed individually on the rental contract, the price includes:
- Rent for the interior spaces listed above
- Utilities with the exception of air conditioning
- Supply of household linen
- Wifi
- Use of the grounds in front of the manor house and access to the swimming pool at the times and under the conditions indicated on the contract
- Parking next to the barn for up to 6 vehicles (Le Petit Manoir does not have a recharging plug for electric vehicles).
The price does not include :
- Tourist tax: €1.76 per adult per night
- Mandatory final cleaning service: €250
- Optional air conditioning: €30/day for all accommodation
- Guarantee of €3,000 payable by Visa or Mastercard pre-authorisation.
Rent payment by bank transfer is free of charge. Payment by credit card is subject to an additional fee of 3% of the amount paid.
- 30% deposit payable upon booking, refundable up to 90 days before arrival.
- The balance is due 60 days before arrival and is non-refundable.
- Guarantee payable 8 days before arrival by bank card pre-authorisation, returned 7 days after departure subject to any damage.
The booking is subject to the signature by one main tenant of a rental agreement listing the house rules and the provision of an insurance policy for the duration of the rental agreement.
