Your 60 sqm home is comfortably furnished for a cocooning break: spacious living room with deep sofas, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with an excellent queen-size bed dressed in Normandy linen, shower room. Your private garden, with its terrace and dining area, awaits you for a siesta in a deckchair, or for the ritual apéritif.
Between 8:30 and 10 a.m., a scrumptious continental breakfast of homemade, local or organic delicacies will be delivered to your door in a basket.
From May 17, Le Belvédère, our charming, independent, tiny and cosy tower, welcomes you for 3 nights with a breakfast basket, €410 all-inclusive. You’ll feel pampered in your very own private home, next to the sparkling blue pool of the property!
Your enjoyment is our priority. Upon receiving your booking, we'll suggest a selection of restaurants and activities such as canoeing, and we'll make reservations upon request. If you like to cook, we'll point out the famous village markets and the best local producers' shops. You'll also receive a diary of events during your stay, so you can enjoy all the wonders of the Périgord without missing a beat!
You wish to extend your stay beyond 3 nights, in a rental without breakfast: contact us for availability and rates.
Rates and sales terms :
- Cottages available for 2 adults for 3 nights with breakfast: April-May Le Rosier (€450) and le Bois (€480); from 17 May le Belvédère (€410).
- Check-in from Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm. Check-out before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- The rate includes for 2 adults: rent, utilities, WIFI, household linen, breakfast baskets, final cleaning, visitors tax and a few surprises.
- Cancellation free of charge up to 20 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within one month of arrival, we offer to postpone your stay.
Preferential payment and cancellation terms:
- A deposit of 30% of the total price is required within a week of booking to validate the reservation. This is fully refundable up to 20 days before arrival.
- The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival.
- Payment via bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, cash.
Cancellation within 20 days of arrival:
- We will offer to reschedule your stay to a later date in 2024, with or without breakfast, and your deposit will be applied to this new booking.
- If the stay cannot be rescheduled, the balance of the stay is due in full.
- No-show: the balance will be deducted from the credit card held as security.
